Dovelands Primary School
John spent a term at Dovelands working with the Senior Leadership team on a cohesive management and leadership strategy. This involved one-to-one coaching on approach, achieving ambitious goals, structure and advanced management and leadership skills. The result was a management and leadership team of twelve all on exactly the same page.
Sir Frank Whittle Studio School
John was involved with the Sir Frank Whittle Studio School prior to it opening and for the majority of its first year of action. John coached all of the staff from the Head Teacher to the classroom Teaching Assistants. The school was based around John's YOUSITT coaching model, and John was responsible for training these coaches. He also ran workshops on personifying the ethos of the school. John was part of the interview team that employed the Head, the Deputy, and the coaches.
Lutterworth College
John was at Lutterworth College for a year and a half and has now been invited back for the academic year 2016-1017. To begin with he coached advanced management and leadership skills to the senior leadership team, followed by the middle leaders and many of the teachers. John also coached all of the teachers involved in leading the teaching and learning programme, and trained the coaches too. This included the intervention coaches. John was also part of the interview team for new senior leadership posts at the College, including the appointment of the new Head Teacher.
